Undated planners offer more freedom and flexibility than a typical planner. Writing your own dates as you go and having the freedom to not use it whenever you choose (or forget) is priceless!
Since my favorite planner is no longer available, I began searching for other undated planners to use. Planners that stand out are functional, simple to understand, without dates and offer some organization.
From life planners to simple task lists, there are many undated options to choose from nowadays. Go ahead and check out the best undated planners that stood out this year!

BEST UNDATED PLANNERS:
1. Legend Planner – Deluxe Monthly and Weekly Life Planner
This undated Legend Planner is a monthly and weekly planner that is perfect for setting goals.
Its design comes in a variety of colors (I’m in love with the periwinkle!) and also has a section that guides you on a self discovery journey. The sections I love are the Vision Board Spread and My Dream Section!
In addition, the monthly views and weekly views help to organize your goals with specific areas to write down what’s important to you.
Oh and .. stickers! This undated planner comes with a set of stickers. It’s really the little things that bring excitement.
So, if you’re seeking to set goals and get organized, then you may want to consider the Legend Planner.
2. Simplified Greenery Daily Planner
Wow, isn’t this design simple and beautiful?! The greenery, gold corners and golden spiral are eye catching! The Simplified Greenery Daily planner allows you to write your daily priorities, To Do list, water intake and even track your fitness.
Plus, it offers three of my favorite features in any planner: an area for gratitude, motivational quotes and a back pocket. The daily pages have a space where you can write what you’re grateful for that day and a motivational quote lines the bottom of the page!
Now, the bad news: this is only a 120 day planner so you would have to buy about 2 more of these to finish the year.
However, if you’re looking for something simple, then the undated planner from Simplified Greenery may be the one for you.
3. The Perfect Planner by BK
The Perfect Planner by BK is pleasing to the eye with a nice selection of colors. The clean layout has undated Monthly and Weekly views to organize everything.
I’ve always been interested in bullet journaling, but the process always intimidated me in the past. However, I love how this is structured and can be great for a beginner like myself.
To me, it’s like an undated planner meets a bullet journal.
Unlike other planners without dates, it has a dated calendar for the current year as a reference in the back. You’ll also find dot paper towards the back and a pocket on the back cover.
If you enjoy bullet journaling or new to bullet journals, then the Perfect Planner may be an option to explore.
4. Undated Planner | Clever Fox Planner Premium Edition
This Clever Fox Planner Premium comes in stunning colors and displays its well known logo on the cover.
The first part of the planner takes you on a journey and allows you to write your vision, goals, and dreams. In the monthly view, you can highlight goals and there is also a monthly review section that is lovely!
I also love the 2-page layout for the Weekly views. You can write some tasks for each day on one side and the next page holds your top goal for the week, priorities, habit tracker, etc. for that week.
Like the Perfect Planner by BK, it also has dot pages in the back that’s perfect for bullet journaling.

5. Sweetzer & Orange Daily To Do List Planner
In a previous role, I used a note pad as my daily planner. It was simple, kept my chaos together but it was not organized.

I had to include it because this is perfect for managing your daily workload at the office or at home. Just set it on your desk to keep track of your priorities, To Do List, and reminders for that day.
This pad only comes with 52 sheets so you’ll have to buy a few more sets if you intend to use them for the whole year.
